Purchases made by brides in the Australia will pay in full the price of the wedding dress and shipping/handling at the time of purchase. There will be no additional charges at the time of delivery with shipping cost shown at checkout. Yes we do ship globally.
Purchases made by our International Brides will be responsible for any duty/customs/taxes incurred during the shipment of your dress or accessories. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery by the shipping company.
International Brides are encouraged to contact their local customs office for an estimate of additional charges, if any, will occur. Refunds will not be given for items returned to us due to delivery refusal, or refusal to pay custom/duty/tax charges at the time of delivery by the recipient.
All of the wedding dresses take 6-8 weeks to be made. Once completed and inspected, we will ship your wedding dress or accessories within 3-5 business days by TNT couriers or 5 days for international shipping by TNT. All wedding dresses are shipped, fully insured for the purchase price of the wedding dress. We also require a signature for delivery to ensure that your wedding dress will not be left unattended at the time of delivery.
Your items will be packaged with expert care to ensure a safe arrival. Should your wedding dress get damaged during shipment, your claim must be submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.
All our dresses are Made to Order with the the ability to customize your dress and design details for an additional fee. As they are all Made to Order dresses No returns will be accepted on garments or accessories unless the items are faulty and are considered final sale at the time of purchase. Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Rush fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for the product cost and shipping cost are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries. This includes shipments returned to us for non-existent addresses, marked undelivered by the shipping company or un-paid duty and tax assessed by your country’s customs & import office, or confiscated by your country’s customs & import office for lack of payment.
Accessories purchased including but not limited to Cocktail Dresses, Bridal Belts, Veils, Jewelry, Sashes and Petticoats are ineligible for a refund
No refund will be given upon cancellation of a sale unless the company contravenes these conditions of the sale. The company retains the right in its absolute discretion to issue a credit note for the deposit paid on a cancelled sale, subject to production not having started on an order. Under such circumstances, 30% of the sale value will be deducted for administration costs. No refunds will be given where production has commenced. Strictly no refunds will be given on cancelled sale items.
